Ceiling Fans and TV Mounts
A home in Rancho Santa Margarita needed a couple ceiling fans removed and replaced.
The same home needed wiring on the wall for TV's, plus wanted wires concealed into the wall and then hooked up to cable and video equipment into cabinets below. This required just a small amount of drywall work and touch up painting. Particularly in the master bedroom.
The home needed furnace maintenance as well. The plenum re-sealed, blower motor and burners cleaned, and new filter.
Many areas of the home had small unfinished corners of baseboard trim that were fixed. (just a couple of examples)
The bathtub/shower had a couple issues. First of all, A plumber (which I don't know and don't care to know) went to this house to replace the water lines, The bathtub faucet was "repaired" 3 separate times by the plumbing crew and it still leaked from the valve out the handle, leaked behind the tub spout and drywall patching wasn't finished behind the bathroom tub/shower. The valve cartridge needed to be replaced, along with the tub spout. Tub vessel was caulked at the fixture penetrations. The drywall needed a couple of skim coats to smooth out the wall (so, that it didn't look like an amateur did the repair) and re-textured/painted.
