Fireplace Mantel

A home in Laguna had a new mantel installed. The home had undergone water damage throughout the house and one of the items damaged was the fireplace mantel. A replacement mantel was installed by someone else, but it wasn't installed correctly. So, I did it.

You can see from the pictures where the old mantel was located.

While at the same house, a couple faucets needed to be removed and replaced with taller ones and the gap at the right side of the laundry cabinets needed to be corrected.
