Bathtub/shower Caulking and Repairs to leaky Tub and Shower Valve

Replaced the tub/shower caulking and replaced the leaky valve in the tub/shower faucet, at a home in Rancho Santa Margarita.

Shower/Tub Valve Replacement

Although a Completely different home in Mission Viejo, I went to replace the tub/shower cartridge inside the valve. Unfortunately, the valve was un-repairable (was cracked and actually missing portions of the metal housing). So, I went through  the back side of the enclosure (which was the garage wall).

Glass Shower Door Enclosure Replacement

Another different home, this one in Laguna Niguel. The glass shower door although fairly new, had issues staying in the track. So, it was upgraded to a modern, but contemporary "Barn Door" style track. The tile enclosure was also re-caulked.

This Mission Viejo Home needed shower maintenance and new shower head replaced

Shower had the old and mold stained grout and caulking removed. The shower was, cleaned,  re-grouted and caulked. New personal shower head installed.
