Half Bath Repairs

A home in Rancho Santa Margarita needed repairs due to plumbing water damage, attempts to remodel and termites. There was plumbing repairs by others that completely removed the base of the vanity cabinet and baseboard moldings. The walls and ceilings were mostly removed of wall paper, but the owner gave up and quit working on removing it. Lastly the wood flooring had termite damage (and during the replacement found that there was still current activity!)

The base of the cabinet was replaced, the walls and ceiling was removed of the wall paper and was re-painted, the flooring and base boards were completely removed and replaced.
