Kitchen Garden Window

A home in Laguna Niguel had leaks, the bottom was falling down due to rot/decay and water damage. The inside of the window is tiled with the kitchen counter top and was falling down with the base of the window.

All loose tiles were removed along with the entire base of the window. Re-built with exterior plywood and protected underneath with Hardy-Backer Panel.,Additionally, the underside was trimmed out with redwood, caulked/sealed and caulked/sealed and painted.

A home in Rancho Santa Margarita had various projects. Repairing the base of a bathroom cabinet due to water damage, repairing some carpet and replacing baseboard moldings also due to water damage, and repairs to hardwood oak flooring due to termites.

The cabinet is missing the base entirely.

After repairs:

Now the kick plate needs to be installed, along with base board moldings
