Leaky Hose Bib

A home in Foothill Ranch needed a leaking hose bib replaced. The tenant stated that it leaked at least 5 gallons of water a day. The owner meet me out there, after I came back with the replacement fixture. After the water was shut off to the house, the old hose bib fixture had to be cut off of the copper pipe, since it was soldered to the existing pipe. A new threaded male end was soldered onto the pipe, to prevent having to cut off the pipe again, and a new hose bib fixture was installed.
